Gemma and Chris are the sweetest couple, I knew from the moment I met them to chat about their wedding photography in Warwickshire that their wedding would a a fun and relaxed occasion. It was a mild autumn day when they married at Claverdon Church near Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and then onto the Dorethea Mitchell Village hall around the corner it was a brilliant DIY wedding full of love and laughter!
The whole day was so relaxed, starting in the morning with Laura Walton on makeup I knew it was going to be a brilliant day with such a chilled vibe.
I knew Gemma was one for all of the lovely details when we met on their engagement shoot at the Saxon Mill in Warwickshire, it was golden hour with the most beautiful light, they had brought a game of scrabble (which they are very competitive at!) and a lovely picnic with yummy champagne! You may recognise some of the images from the pre wedding shoot decorating the village hall.
Gemma is one of those people that just warms your heart from the moment you meet the, she is so sweet and lovely – you can see the love in Chris’s face when he looks at her and he mirrors her genuinely lovely personality. I was so happy to carry out the photography on this amazing day!
Heres what Gemma had to say ““Esme is a very talented photographer and has captured such special moments for us – we cannot be more pleased. She’s friendly, professional and keen to impress/go the extra mile, we really cannot fault her at all. All our friends and family felt at ease in her presence and commented on how great the photos were. Thank you so much Esme.”
