Kelmarsh Hall English Garden Wedding Photography – I met Hazel & Simon many years ago when they first booked me for their wonderful wedding day, little did I know back then how AMAZING their day was going to be at the manicured gardens of Kelmarsh Hall.
We had Simon & Hazels pre wedding shoot at Badby Woods in Northamptonshire, it was great to catch up with the guys before their big day and feel at ease in front of the camera.
The big day arrived and I went over to see Hazel at her Mum’s house where they were all getting ready in the amazing light and airy conservatory which was brilliant for photography. The sun was beaming and everyone was in a fantastic mood with lots lots of unicorn surprises (One of Hazel and Simons favourite things).
We soon headed off to Kelmarsh Hall for the ceremony. Simon was looking nervous and preparing for the vows when I arrived and soon enough all of the guests were called into the room for the brides arrival.
Kelmarsh is a grand country house with a lot of history built, in the 1730s by James Gibbs and Francis Smith of Warwick and gardens inspired by Nancy Lancaster.
After the Ceremony we all headed outside for confetti and group photos, followed by drinks and lawn games while Simon and Hazel had some alone time in the car.
Afterwards we ventured out into the amazingly beautiful gardens before the wedding breakfast, where there were some really heartfelt speeches by both Dads, Simon and the Best man – then off to the dance floor to shake a few tail feathers!
