Ellie and Joe are the COOLEST couple with amazing friends & the cutest dog. They booked me for their Home Farm Rustic Relaxed Wedding Day and I was so excited to find out they were having their own ceremony conducted by Ellie’s brother on site.
On the wedding day I started off at Ellie and Joes house while she was getting pampered before the big walk, her bridesmaids were just the cutest ladies I had ever met, so kind and beaming with joy. When I saw the dress I was totally in love – with a bardot off the shoulder top and fit and flare skirt it was so glamorous, the lace was absolutely beautiful, and looked even more amazing when Ellie put it on.
I nipped off to see Joe over at Home Farm in Braunston before Ellie’s imminent arrival in a VW camper – the ceremony layout was all set up beautifully, including hay bails to sit on and a gorgeous arch decorated with lilies and foliage. I quickly grabbed some shots of the boys – when I told them to ‘go crazy’ they immediately picked up Joe to show him off to the guests – it was hilarious and set the tone of an awesome party for the rest of the day.
Ceremony time arrived as the sky was atmospheric with the clouds threatening overhead, but nothing could put a damper on this day – Ellie and the girls arrived looking so stunning and they joined hands at the end of the aisle with happy tears.
The wedding time warp hit and it was soon time for speeches, Ellie and Joe are pretty special people, so special that ANT & DEC showed up to wish them a fantastic wedding day, and even stayed on until the end of the night to show their moves on the dance floor (to PJ & Duncan of course!) – Then on to cutting the cake with a special knife Joe was gifted by one of his friends on the wedding morning – it was such a relaxed and happy vibe the whole day – the next day my face hurt from smiling, and thats all I can wish for the new Mr & Mrs Young – I hope your faces hurt from smiling for the rest of your lives!
