Vicki and Chris are now officially Mr & Mrs Kirby -they had their Autumn Wedding in Warwickshire last Saturday!
I started off my morning at Vicki’s house with everyone getting ready feeling excited and nervous (except her dad who was not nervous at all!) Soon enough it was time to set off to St Mary & Margarets Church in Castle Bromwich, a 17th Century Church which is just beautiful, but it is believed that the first church built on site was in the 12th century, so a really special church.
Once the ceremony was all done it was a tad chilly and windy, so we had some quick photos and then headed off to the Manor Hotel in Meriden for the reception. The room was beautifully decorated in a grey and white theme with vintage birdcages and candles. The Kirby’s were announced into the room and the speeches began, Vicki’s Dad was first to take the mic with some hilarious props including a gun & Vicki’s childhood toy Donald duck!
Chris spoke some wonderful emotional words about his family and of course Vicki, and passed on to his best man Jim! Jim had some great stories about Chris and a mention of the stag do! Soon after we all popped outside for some sparklers, being a very relaxed couple Vicki and Chris didn’t want many posed photos at all so we had some final shots on the stairs and headed to the dance floor for a boogie!
