Gold & Floral Wedding Styled Shoot

I was asked to photograph a wonderful Gold & Floral Wedding Styled Shoot by a good industry friend of mine, Martina from Wonderful Events, a wedding planner based in Warwickshire. The shoot took place at Oldberrow house, a gothic revival style country house which was rebuilt in 1877.

It was a bit of a wet day and our focus was around the grounds and the lovely styled marquee brought in by Boutique marquees but we managed to get lucky and it stopped raining by the time we came to shoot. The day started with Makeup by the brilliant Bryony Dalton, and hair by Mode Bridal on our beautiful model Amy there was a fun buzz in the air and everyone was excited to create something beautiful.

The lovely Sian from Tilly Trotter’s Brides provided the stunning bridal wear including a super amazing cape veil – that was just wow! Definitely worth a look when in search for the perfect dress! The look was then topped off with some beautiful flowers from the talented Stem Ginger, Who specialises in natural looking florals.

Once we had taken lots of photos of Amy, we concentrated on shooting the marquee styling, metallics and florals looked amazing against the blank canvas of the marquee – the stationary was created by Utterly Amore – if you are looking for some handmade beauty to add to your day check her out!

I also got to experience Jess’s Amazing bar skills as she was set up with her company Savva Bars – She is amazing. If I wasn’t driving home (and taking photos) those drinks would have gone straight down the hatch. There are two wonderful choices for the bar set up – If you haven’t got the space for the inside bar they have the cutest converted horse box bar that would fit in with any marquee or tipi wedding.

The shoot wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the lovely cake and decor suppliers: The cake was supplied by Lous with love and the table decor by WoW business.

We had a little bit of time to create a little outdoor table setup for an intimate wedding (or could be expanded for a larger event!) which I thought was just adorable and had a wonderful rustic feel to it – Anyway enough chatting check out the Gold & Floral Wedding Styled Shoot at Oldberrow house!
